Raw gum arabic is the material exactly as the tree produced it, minus the bark, sand and off-colour tears that hand sorting removes. It arrives as amber nodules ranging from pale honey to deep rust, depending on the tapping and the season.
We supply it whole for buyers who mill in-house, and kibbled to a uniform particle size for buyers feeding a continuous process. Both are food-grade, both carry a Certificate of Analysis, and both are traceable to the collection region.
This is the format most commonly bought by hydrocolloid processors, spray-drying operations, and distributors serving traditional retail in the Gulf, where whole gum still sells as a consumer product in its own right.
