Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as it is commercially relevant. Records relating to actual shipments are retained for the period required by applicable trade and tax rules.
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request to our sales desk and we will act on it.
