Tapping
Hand-scored in the dry season by collectors we buy from directly. No mechanised bark stripping, which is what damages the tree and the tear quality.
100% Organic · Sudanese Origin
Acacia senegal gum, tapped by hand in Sudan, processed in our Selangor facility, shipped in bulk to food, beverage and nutraceutical manufacturers.
Chapter 01 — The Tree
Gum arabic is the hardened exudate of Acacia senegal. In the dry season the tree seals its own wounds, and the resin that forms on the bark is the purest food-grade hydrocolloid in commercial use. Sudan's gum belt produces the grade the industry calls Hashab — the benchmark every other origin is measured against.
We buy at the source rather than through a third-country broker, so the origin documentation on your lot points back to the collection region instead of to a re-exporter's warehouse. That distinction matters when a customs officer or a quality auditor asks where the material actually came from.
Chapter 02 — The Trail
Drag sideways. Every stop is a control point we document and can evidence on request.
Hand-scored in the dry season by collectors we buy from directly. No mechanised bark stripping, which is what damages the tree and the tear quality.
Nodules graded by colour and clarity. Bark, sand and off-colour tears are removed before anything is shipped to our facility.
Washed, dried and size-reduced to a uniform kibble that is ready either for milling or for direct sale as cleaned raw gum.
Milled to your mesh specification. Fine powder for beverage and emulsion systems, coarser cuts for confectionery and bakery applications.
In-house formulation with probiotics and fruit extracts. Samples are approved by you in writing before any production run is scheduled.
Bulk sacks, retail sachets or your own private label. Full export documentation for the destination market travels with the container.
Chapter 03 — The Range
Every finished formulation starts from the same Hashab base. All of them are available for private label with brand-specific artwork and destination-market label review.
Chapter 04 — The Ingredient
Harvested from Acacia senegal in Sudan, our gum arabic delivers functional benefits across food, beverage, nutraceutical and technical applications.
A high, naturally soluble fibre load that survives processing without altering taste, colour or clarity.
Clinically recognised as a prebiotic that feeds beneficial gut bacteria — the reason it anchors so many digestive-health SKUs.
Holds oil and water together in beverages, flavour emulsions and confectionery with no synthetic co-emulsifier required.
Adds body and a rounder finish across powdered, ready-to-drink and confectionery systems.
Film-forming and binding properties that protect product integrity and reduce dependence on synthetic preservatives.
100% natural, non-GMO and allergen-free — it reads well on a Gulf retail pack and survives a European spec review.
Chapter 05 — The Crossing
The Gulf is where we concentrate: six GCC markets with the certification pack each regulator asks for, Arabic labelling handled at origin, and consolidated shipping into Jebel Ali, Jeddah, Hamad and Dammam.
Beyond the GCC we ship to Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, and Africa and the Levant on the same terms — FOB, CIF, CFR or DDP out of Port Klang, with the documentation set the destination authority requires.
